Great for any ages!
My son really enjoyed this! ~Jenny Is My Name~ USA
A real page turner!
My son loved this book…he is quite a good reader anyway so it is sometimes difficult to find something different and challenging. This certainly fits the bill! He sat down and read it over two nights – just like the Harry Potter days! Your child will love this book if they enjoy a mystery with a hint of fantasy. Brilliant! Grace
This is a good book.
My 10 year old lad was wasting his time on computer games. I did a deal insisting he buys 6 book and tell me what they are about. This is the only one he read and then he recommended it to his mate and its never been seen since. Although he started the another 5 books he never finished any of them but he is excited to get the next one of these. This book made a difference at our house. He noticed he could enjoy reading! Brilliantly involving.
A truly remarkable book that has depth to match even the most established novels. The author weaves a fantastic mix of history, fantasy and science together to lead the reader effortlessly to the closing pages. This book has a level of mass appeal that I doubt has or will be seen for quite some time and I had no reservations in reading it myself after my children. Bookish2012
A very good read and one I would recommend.
I read the book as an adult and after starting could not put the book down. It keeps you held as the story unwinds from start to finish. I believe it’s a book for all ages, if you buy it you will not be disappointed. Sue
